One Iowa holds rally on riverfront

While one rally was taking place across town, supporters of same sex marriage were gathered on Sioux City's riverfront for their own rally.
One Iowa is also encouraging people to voice their views with their votes in November.
With the Iowa Supreme Court ruling, same sex couple have been able to get marriage licenses since April of last year and some of those couples spoke at this rally.
The head of One Iowa says marriage freedom allows couples to celebrate their commitment and that lawmakers shouldn't use the issue to play politics with people's lives.
