Here are a few questions you can use to get your story going:

• Tell us about your family, where you live and work, organizations or faith communities you are involved with, your children or parents or siblings
• Tell us about coming out and living openly as LGBT in Iowa or about knowing someone – a friend, child, parent, or sibling – who is LGBT
• Tell us about ups-and-downs of life – the joy of raising a child, the loss or illness of a partner, meeting or falling in love with your partner, the need to protect your child or family from harm, etc.
• In what ways would marriage equality impact your family or relationship? Why do all families deserve to be treated fairly?
