Tracy Lewis

Tracy Lewis is the Worldwide Director of Human Resources at Kemin Industries, Inc. based out of Des Moines, Iowa. In this capacity Tracy serves on the Worldwide Executive Committee managing HR operations around the world.

Prior to joining Kemin, Tracy worked at The Principal Financial Group for 18 years. While at Principal he served in various roles, including Director of International Human Development and Director of Employment.

As part of a strong commitment to community involvement, he served as a trustee to the Iowa 4-H Foundation, was a founding board member to the Des Moines Gay Men’s Chorus, and served as board chair of the Des Moines Arts Festival. He currently serves on the boards of StageWest Theater, IJAG (Iowa Jobs for America’s Graduates) and One Iowa.

Tracy graduated from Iowa State University in 1983, and lives in Des Moines where he is eagerly planning a Fall 2010 wedding with his partner of 26 years.
